The Head Chef at Restaurant Můstek
From an early age, he knew his life would revolve around pots, pans and delicious food, and this love for cooking led him on the path to become a chef, which he began as a student at the Secondary Culinary School in U Krbu Street in Prague.
After graduation, he cooked at various restaurants, including the Hotel InterContinental Prague, Pizzeria Coloseum and the La Cafe Colonial Restaurant.
His culinary skills landed him the job of head chef at the restaurant U Zlatého hada, where he worked for five years.
Today he is the head chef at Restaurant Můstek.
He likes to cook Czech cuisine that is the speciality of this restaurant. He also enjoys good pasta and steak.
He spends his free time with his children or playing various sports – he particularly enjoys running, football and squash.
